Shear Stud

Working Principle：Welded to steel beams via Arc Stud Welding (with ceramic ferrules protecting the weld pool), shear studs embed into 

                                concrete slabs after pouring. Under load, they transfer horizontal shear force, preventing slippage between steel and

                                concrete for composite action.

Application : Steel-concrete composite beams (bridges, buildings); 

                    High-rise building steel floor connections; 

                     Industrial plant load-bearing structures ;

                    Rail transit projects (subway track beams).
